Alfalfa Bean Sprout

At one glance, you definitely can see this is a healthy dish. Excellent! But, there's another healthy item is, at the very very top part of the bean curd, that's...."Alfalfa Bean Sprout". I use it as Garnishes on "Steam Minced Pork Bean Curd"

As garnishes on second dish, Mushroom Salad. Oops, maybe, you might think that, am I overly done on the garnishes? Hee...Hee...I just love vegetables, so I dont bother that much, just give me a mountain of it, I will still finish it...ha...ha...

I had discovered a new japanese sauce, so I gave it a try on this mushroom salad.
1) First, I just lightly fried the mushroom, without adding any seasoning. Dont bother whether its salty or not, cos, you will be adding the dressing later.

2) Tear the lettuces into bite size, add in 2 kinds of dressing:-
a) Japanese sauce (its verrry healthy as you can see it stated "14cal" on the bottle), dont add too much, as its got a very strong "leafy" fragrance.
b) Another Japanese sauce, this got a citrus fragrance n slightly salty. So, add moderately to your liking.

So, this is the main "chacter" ---> Alfalfa Bean Sprout. (the western kind of "tau kay") Anyone care for "tau kay"?
